聚苯胺/棉复合导电织物的制备及其性能
Preparation and Performance of Polyaniline/Cotton Composite Conductive Fabric

Abstract
In order to develop high-performance composite conductive fabrics,three groups of polyaniline/cot-ton composite conductive fabrics with different fabric types were prepared by in-situ chemical oxidation meth-od,using the original cotton fabric as substrate and ammonium persulfate as oxidant.Equipment such as resis-tance tester,infrared analyzer,electron microscope,and spectrophotometer were used to test the performance of polyaniline/cotton composite conductive fabric.The results showed that the polyaniline deposits on the surface of cotton fabric,increasing the toughness of the fabric surface.The electrical resistance of the composite fabric decreases from 550 kW to 33 kW after cotton fabric was pretreated with PEI.The UPF value of cotton fabric pretreated with PEI deposited by PANI and chitosan(CS)is 56.7,approximately 7 times that of the control cot-ton fabric.The hydrophilicity of composite conductive fabrics is reduced compared to the control cotton fabric,and the color of composite conductive fabrics is sensitive to changes in pH value.关键词
