土壤自养固碳微生物研究进展与热点分析
Analysis on Progress and Hotspots of Research on Carbon Dioxide Fixation by Autotrophic Microorganisms in Soils

Abstract
With intensification of global warming,reducing atmospheric CO2 emissions and improving carbon storages in terrestrial ecosystems have become focuses of global attention.Autotrophic microorganisms with abilities to convert atmospheric CO2 into organic matters are widely presented in soils,and play important roles in improving carbon absorption and storages in soils.Exploring developments and trends of research on carbon dioxide fixation by autotrophic microorganisms in soils and demonstrating knowledge structure and knowledge evolution process in the research can provide references and insights for subsequent studies.VOSviewer soft-ware was used to analyze literature in Web of Science core collection database from 1991 to 2023.Number of publications,author co-occurrence,institution cooperation,country distribution,key word co-occurrence,key word clustering and evolution trends were analyzed to systematically sort out current status and development trends of research on carbon dioxide fixation by autotrophic microorganisms in soils.Results showed that re-search on carbon dioxide fixation by autotrophic microorganisms in soils flourished after 2016.Chinese and American scholars were important research forces.China was country with the largest number of publications,and Chinese Academy of Sciences was research institution with the largest number of publications.Popular re-search directions were carbon fixation potentials,carbon fixation pathways,functional groups and carbon fixa-tion process regulating mechanisms of autotrophic microorganisms.Based on systematic elaboration of develop-ment trends of research on carbon dioxide fixation by autotrophic microorganisms in soils,important research directions in the future were proposed,which could contribute to development of the research.关键词
