Accelerating the construction of"Zero-waste Cities"promoting high-quality urban development
摘要
Abstract
The construction of"Zero-waste Cities"is an integral part of the construction of Ecological Civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the construction of a Beautiful China,and also an important task to deepen the fight against pollution prevention and control.In order to comprehensively understand and deeply promote the construction of"Zero-waste Cities",this article concluded the significance of the construction of"Zero-waste Cities"for the comprehensive and coordinated treatment of solid waste and high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period in reducing pollution and carbon emissions synergistically,enhancing resource efficiency and resource circulation,and improving the level of refined urban management.This article revealed that the construction of"Zero-waste Cities"should focus on actual practice,implement classified policies and highlight key points,and a typical model for implementing"Zero-waste Cities"should be generated,and relevant outlook and direction for the next five years were proposed,which therefore provides good reference significance for accelerating the construction of"Zero-waste Cities"during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.关键词
