Abstract
According to the Flood Control Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations,flood control evaluation should be conducted for construction projects within river management,and flood control evaluation reports should be prepared.Ensuring the safety of river flood discharge is an important foundation for bridge construction when building bridges on rivers.Therefore,flood control evaluation of cross river bridges is important.According to relevant laws,regulations,code standard and the requirements of the project planning approval documents,combined with the river evolution,existing water conservancy facilities and the implement arrangements of the water project,the technical route is reasonably determined.Based on the analysis and calculation of hydrology,banked-up water,erosion and deposition,river regime impact,a comprehensive evaluation is conducted on the flood control of the cross river bridge of Yongcheng National Highway 311 Yongcheng Reconstruction Project,and proposes the prevention and control measures for project impact.关键词
