丹参饮合真武汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭临床研究
Clinical Study on Salvia Beverage Combined with Modified True Warrior Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Salvia Beverage combined with Modified True Warrior Decoction on patients with chronic heart failure and its effect on cardiac function.Methods:A total of 96 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group was given Salvia Beverage combined with Modified True Warrior Decoction.The clinical efficacy and the changes in cardiac function[including plasma N-terminal-pro B-type natriuretic pep-tide(NT-proBNP),cardiotrophin-1(CT-1),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),cardiac output(CO),stroke vol-ume(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular diastolic peak blood flow velocity E peak to A peak ratio(E/A)],TCM syndrome scores,quality of life[including Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale(MLHFQ)score and 6-min walk test(6MWT)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,NT-proBNP,CT-1,sICAM-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while CO,SV,LVEF,E/A were higher than those before treatment,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 93.75％,and that of the control group was 79.17,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,such as chest tightness,asthma,palpitation,cough,and edema in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the observation group's above scores were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05);The MLHFQ score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,while the 6MWT score was higher than that before treatment,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Salvia Beverage combined with Modified True Warrior Decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic heart failure,enhance the lev-el of cardiac function,and their quality of life.关键词
