补肾温阳汤治疗卵巢储备功能低下临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Low Ovarian Reserve Function with Kidney-Tonifying and Yang-Warming Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Kidney-Tonifying and Yang-Warming Decoction on low ovarian reserve function.Methods:A total of 60 patients with low ovarian reserve function were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Estradiol Valerate Tablets/Estradiol Cyproterone Tablets,while the observation group was treated with Kidney-Tonifying and Yang-Warming Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical ef-ficacy,and the changes in TCM syndrome scores,hormone levels[including follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),lutein-izing hormone(LH),anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)],ovarian function indexes[including ovarian volume,number of ovarian antral follicles,peak systolic velocity(PSV)of ovarian interstitial arteries]before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Re-sults:The effective rate of the observation group was 93.33％,while that of the control group was 73.33％.The difference was statisti-cally significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than those before treat-ment,and the observation group's TCM syndrome scores were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05);The serum FSH and LH levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while the E2 level was higher than that before treatment,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);The number of ovarian antral follicles and PSV in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group's above indexes were higher than those of the control group af-ter treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Kidney-Tonifying and Yang-Warming Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with low ovarian reserve function,regulate hormone levels,and promote the recovery of ovarian function.关键词
