四逆散合桃红四物汤治疗产后抑郁症临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Postpartum Depression with Frigid Extremities Powder Combined with Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Frigid Extremities Powder combined with Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction on postpartum depression.Methods:A total of 100 postpartum depression patients were randomly divided into the Chinese medicinal group and the Western medicine group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets,while the Chinese medicinal group was treated with Frigid Extremities Powder combined with Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction.Then the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and changes in TCM syndrome scores,anxiety level,depression level,self-efficacy,interpersonal relationships,so-cial support,and quality of life scores between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the scores and total scores of two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,including low spirits,irritability,crying,belching,chest tightness,palpitations,chest rib distension,insomnia,and forgetfulness.Moreover,the Chinese medicinal group's above indexes were lower than those of the Western medicine group(P＜0.05).The state anxiety scale scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and the Chinese medicinal group was lower than the Western medicine group(P＜0.05).The Hamilton Depres-sion Scale scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the Chinese medicine group's score was lower than that of the Western medicine group(P＜0.05).The effective rate of the Chinese medicinal group was 86.00％,higher than that of the Western medicine group at 60.00％(P＜0.05).The self-efficacy,social support,and quality of life scores of the two groups were high-er than those before treatment,while the interpersonal relationship scores were lower than those before treatment.Moreover,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicinal group was 4.00％,while in the Western medicine group it was 20.00％.The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Frigid Extremities Powder combined with Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of postpartum depression,alleviate anxiety and depression,en-hance clinical efficacy,interpersonal communication ability,and quality of life of patients with postpartum depression.关键词
