黄龙汤联合早期肠内营养对急性胃肠损伤患者肠黏膜屏障功能及营养指标的影响
The Influence of Yellow Dragon Decoction Combined with Early Eenteral Nutrition on Intestinal Mucosal Barrier Function and Prognosis in Patients with Acute Gastrointestinal Injury

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of Yellow Dragon Decoction combined with early enteral nutrition on intestinal mucosal barrier function and nutritional indexes in patients with acute gastrointestinal injury.Methods:A total of 84 patients with acute gastroin-testinal injury were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was intravenously injected with Omeprazole Injection during the stress period,followed by early enteral nutrition program,while the observation group was treated with Yellow Dragon Decoction on the basis of the control group.The serum citrullin,endotoxin,intestinal fatty acid binding protein(I-FABP)content,T lymphocyte levels(including CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+),body mass index(BMI),serum albumin(ALB),total protein(PA),hemoglobin(Hb)content before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The gastrointestinal tolerance and prognosis of the two groups were also compared,including gas-tric retention,reflux aspiration,abdominal distension,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting,etc.Results:After treatment,the serum citrulline content in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,while the serum endotoxin and I-FABP contents in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,while CD8+was lower than that before treatment,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);Serum ALB,PA and Bh contents in the groups were higher than those before treatment,and observation group's above indexes were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);The incidence of gastrointestinal intolerance in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recovery rate of good prognosis in the ob-servation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Con-clusion:Yellow Dragon Decoction combined with early enteral nutrition can effectively improve the intestinal mucosal barrier function,the nutritional status and immune function of the body,reduce gastrointestinal intolerance and enhance the prognosis of patients with a-cute gastrointestinal injury.关键词
