揿针疗法联合中药湿敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis with Thumbtack Needle Therapy Combined with Moistening Application of Chinese Drugs

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of thumbtack needle therapy combined with moistening application of Chinese drugs on acute gouty arthritis(AGA).Methods:A total of 70 patients with AGA admitted to Xingguo People's Hospital from September2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into the combined group and the thumbtack needle group ac-cording to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.All the patients were given fiirst Colchicine Tablets for oral treatment,and were stopped when the pain was relieved or diarrhea and abdominal pain occurred.The thumbtack needle group was then given thumbtack needle therapy,while the combined group was additionally given moistening application of Chinese drugs on the basis of the thumbtack needle group.The changes in TCM symptom scores,visual analogue score(VAS),synovial thickness,synovial fluid depth,serum uric acid(SUA),24 h urinary uric acid(UA)excretion,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),inflammatory indexes[including C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin(IL)-6]before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The effective rate of the combined group was 94.29％,while that of the thumbtack needle group was 77.14％.The effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the thumbtack needle group,and the difference was statistical-ly significant(P＜0.05).After 7 days'and 14 days'treatment,the TCM symptom scores and VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment respectively,and the combined group's scores were lower than those of the combined group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 14 days'treatment,the synovial thickness,synovial fluid depth,SUA,ESR,CRP,IL-6 levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combined group's above indexes were lower than those of the combined group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the 24 h urinary UA excretion of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the combined group's was higher than that of the combined group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Thumbtack needle therapy combined with moistening application of Chinese drugs in the treatment of AGA has significant efficacy,is conducive to relieving the clinical symptoms and pain degree of patients,improving the levels of SUA,ESR and inflammatory indexes.关键词
