针灸治疗高血压临床研究概况
Clinical Research Overview of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Hypertension
摘要
Abstract
The methods of acupuncture and moxibustion for hypertension include acupuncture therapy,moxibustion therapy and compre-hensive therapy.Acupuncture therapies include acupuncture with filiform needle,electroacupuncture,ear needling,embedded needling and scalp needling.Moxibustion therapies include moxa strip moxibustion,moxa bundle moxibustion and heat-sensitive moxibustion.Comprehensive therapies include acupuncture with filiform needle combined with drugs,combination of moxibustion and drugs,acupunc-ture combined with acupoint application,acupuncture combined with massage,intradermal acupuncture combined with drugs,abdominal acupuncture combined with drugs,etc.The mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in reducing blood pressure may be related to in-hibiting the expression of RAAS system related enzymes,improving metabolic disorders,inhibiting vagus nerve activity,reducing oxida-tive stress response and restoring damaged endothelial cell receptors.At present,there are some limitations in the study of acupuncture and moxibustion for hypertension.Clinical studies on acupuncture and moxibustion for reducing blood pressure mainly focus on the im-mediate and short-term effects,and the long-term effects are rarely involved.In the study,there are great differences in acupoint selec-tion,action frequency,operation time,stimulation methods and other schemes,which may have a certain impact on the results.关键词
