帕金森病脑深部电刺激术后并发症发生的Logistic回归分析
Logistic regression analysis of postoperative complications of deep brain stimulation in Parkinson's disease

Abstract
Objective To analyze the related factors for postoperative complications of deep brain stimulation(DBS)in Parkinson's disease(PD)by Logistic regression.Methods From December 2019 to February 2023,347 patients with PD admitted to the First Hospital of Zhangjiakou received DBS treatment were retrospectively collected,and were followed up for 30 days after operation.According to the incidence of postoperative complications,they were divided into the complication group(n=31)and the non-complication group(n=316).The risk factors for postoperative complications of DBS in patients with PD were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic analysis.Results Thirty-one cases(8.93%)of 347 patients with PD had complications after DBS.The results of multi-factor Logistic analysis showed that,hypoproteinemia,elevated score of unified PD rating scale Ⅲ(UPDRSⅢ)and prolonged operation time were risk factors for postoperative complications of DBS in PD patients(OR=2.065,95%CI:1.167-3.652;OR=1.925,95%CI:1.278-2.899;OR= 2.425,95%CI:1.323-4.444,respectively,P<0.05).Conclusion The risk factors for postoperative complications of DBS in patients with PD include hypoproteinemia,elevated score of UPDRSⅢ and prolonged operation time,which could provide a basis for screening high-risk patients and formulating clinical prevention and treatment strategies.关键词
