左旋多巴联合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗帕金森病患者的疗效
Efficacy of levodopa combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on patients with Parkinson's disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of combined therapy of levodopa and Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in treating patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods Totally 138 patients with PD admitted to Hengshui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to November 2022 were selected and assigned into control group(69 cases)and experimental group(69 cases)by the random lottery method.The control group was treated with levodopa,while the experimental group was given Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on the basis of the control group.TCM syndromes scores,serum neurological indicators(brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),dopamine(DA),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)),serum homocysteine(Hcy),serum interleukin-1β,cognitive function and motor ability(unified Parkinson's disease rating scale,UPDRS),memory function(event-based prospective memory(EBPM),time-based prospective memory(TBPM))were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,TCM syndromes scores,the levels of serum Hcy and IL-1β,and UPDRS scores were decreased in both groups,and which in experimental group were lower than those in control group((7.14±2.09)points vs(12.17±3.17)points,(3.38±1.07)points vs(5.33±1.95)points,(12.53±2.77)μmol/L vs(27.58±4.81)μmol/L,(9.13±2.21)ng/L vs(14.43±2.66)ng/L,(6.45±0.77)points vs(9.64±1.49)points,(15.45±2.63)points vs(27.42±5.47)points,(16.73±2.17)points vs(27.98±3.53)points,(8.89±1.23)points vs(14.25±2.18)points,respectively,P<0.05).Serum BDNF,DA,HT levels and EBPM,TBPM scores in both groups were significantly increased,and the levels in experimental group were higher compared with those in control group((17.63±2.79)μg/L vs(13.25±2.54)μg/L,(541.93±114.41)μg/L vs(479.39±123.66)μg/L,(312.42±48.38)μg/L vs(194.33±58.64)μg/L,(5.75±2.13)points vs(4.57±1.64)points,(5.17±1.34)points vs(4.08±1.52)points,respectively,P<0.05).Conclusion Levodopa combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of PD can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,memory function,cognitive function and quality of life of patients by up-regulating the expressions of BDNF and DA and reducing the levels of Hcy and IL-1β.关键词
