Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of family-community-hospital integrated nursing intervention on the daily living ability and quality of life of patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods Totally 120 patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to West China Hospital,Sichuan University from February 2020 to February 2022 were randomly divided into intervention group of 60 cases and control group of 60 cases using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the intervention group received family-community-hospital integrated nursing intervention.After one month of intervention,the daily living ability(Barthel index),neurological function(NIHSS),motor ability(FMA),psychological state(SAS,SDS),quality of life,and complications of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Results After intervention,the Barthel index score,FMA score,and quality of life(physiology,psychology,environment,independence,social relationships,and spiritual/religious beliefs)scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group((67.85±6.29)scores vs(60.72±5.38)scores,(82.36±7.67)scores vs(73.94±6.28)scores,(78.87±13.06)scores vs(67.53±11.25)scores,(83.61±8.92)scores vs(74.02±7.89)scores,(78.74±8.87)scores vs(70.26±7.51)scores,(73.56±10.93)scores vs(65.28±8.47)scores,(81.93±10.12)scores vs(68.27±8.54)scores,(70.06±10.75)scores vs(61.74±8.78)scores,P<0.05).The neurological function score(NIHSS)and psychological state score(SAS,SDS)of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group((9.28±2.84)scores vs(12.61±3.06)scores,(49.48±5.54)scores vs(55.32±6.61)scores,(52.06±7.02)scores vs(58.74±8.15)scores,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the intervention group and control group was 6.67%(4/60)and 20.00%(12/60),respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of family-community-hospital integrated nursing intervention for patients with craniocerebral trauma is beneficial to improve their daily living ability,motor ability and quality of life,improve their neurological function,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worth popularizing.关键词
