Research progress of different analysis methods of resting state magnetic resonance imaging in the disorder of consciousness
摘要
Abstract
Disorder of consciousness(DOC)is a common adverse outcome after brain injury,usually lead to severe health and economic burden.It is still unclear at present the pathogenesis of disorder of consciousness,clinical diagnosis and prognosis assessment are the lack of reliable markers.The neurological function imaging plays an important role in the probe into its pathogenesis and in disease diagnosis and treatment because of its objectivity and repeatability.In this paper,the resting-state functional MRI(rs-fMRI)of different analytical techniques associated with disorder of consciousness research progress were reviewed,aimed at exploring clues to DOC pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
