新农科建设背景下农林高校科研育人路径的探索与实践

Abstract
As an essential part of the top ten education systems in colleges and universities,scientific re-search education is of great significance to strengthening and improving ideological and political work in colleges and universities and improving the quality of personnel training.This paper analyzes the present situation,existing problems,and causes of scientific research and education in agricultural and forestry universities.Taking the Animal Medicine major of Huazhong Agricultural University as an ex-ample,it expounds the realization path of scientific research and education in agricultural and forestry u-niversities:strengthening the guidance of party building and establishing a new model of party building plus scientific research and education;it reinforces the cultural construction of"three innovations"and creates a rich atmosphere of scientific research and education;it strengthens the integration of science and education,production and education,and forms a joint force of collaborative education;it enhances the construction of scientific research team and improves the educational ability of scientific and techno-logical workers;and it strengthens the system construction,establishes and improves the long-term mechanism of scientific research and education.关键词
