Abstract

Curriculum politics is the new requirement of the Party and country for higher education in the new era,and it is also an essential measure for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation.University teachers are the main force of curriculum politics,and their curricu-lum politics ability is the key to determining the effectiveness of curriculum politics construction.There-fore,the improvement of curriculum politics ability of university teachers is of great significance for col-leges and universities to comprehensively promote curriculum politics construction and implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and people.In view of this,this paper further reveals the signif-icance of improving university teachers'curriculum politics ability by explaining the connotation of curriculum politics ability.It finds out that through the current situation investigation,there are difficul-ties in improving university teachers'curriculum politics ability,like colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to curriculum politics education,there are limitations in the cognition of curricu-lum politics education,the ability to excavate ideological and political resources is insufficient,and the evaluation and reward mechanism needs to be improved.Countermeasures and suggestions are put for-ward from four aspects:enhancing teachers'curriculum politics value identification,improving teach-ers'curriculum politics knowledge quality,improving teachers'curriculum politics to explore curricu-lum politics elements,and strengthening teachers'curriculum politics implementation.
