农科类大学生返乡创业意愿影响因素研究
Study on the Influencing Factors of Agricultural College Students'Willingness to Return Home to Start a Business

Abstract
Returning home to start a business of agricultural college students is related to the develop-ment of science and technology,modernization,and high-quality agriculture in China but also affects the smooth solution of the three rural issues and the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strat-egy.Based on the literature research method,taking the Yangtze River Delta as an example,using the survey data of 926 agricultural college students,this paper constructs a structural equation model,analy-zes the intention of returning home to start a business and behavior of agricultural college students from the perspectives of individual,family,society,and school,and discusses the factors affecting the inten-tion of returning home to start a business of agricultural college students.The results show that agricul-tural college students have high enthusiasm for returning home to start a business,and the proportion of agricultural college students willing to return home to start a business is 57.45％;personal,family,so-cial,and school factors have a positive impact on agricultural college students'willingness to return home and start a business.Personal factors have the most significant impact,followed by education and family factors.In contrast,social factors have the most negligible impact on agricultural college students'willingness to return home and start a business.Therefore,colleges and universities should car-ry out entrepreneurship education to enhance college students'awareness of returning home,and the government should increase policy publicity and promote entrepreneurship;the school should strengthen communication with parents to lay an excellent ideological foundation for returning home and starting a business;increase the source of funds,improve the security system,and then guide agricultural college students to return home and start a business,to increase their willingness to return home and start a busi-ness.关键词
