新农科背景下农业院校本科教学质量及影响因素研究
Research on the Quality and Influencing Factors of Undergraduate Teaching in Agricultural Colleges and Universities Under the Background of New Agricultural Science

Abstract
Under the background of the construction of new agricultural science,improving the quality of undergraduate teaching in agricultural universities is an urgent need to cultivate innovative agricultur-al talents.Taking Hebei Agricultural University as an example,this paper compares and analyzes the im-plementation status and effects of offline teaching,online teaching,and online and offline mixed teach-ing modes and applies the orderly logit regression model to explore the influencing factors of the teach-ing quality of different teaching models.The research results show that:(1)the degree of process par-ticipation and autonomous participation of students in the online and offline mixed teaching is greater than that of offline teaching and online teaching;(2)The online and offline mixed teaching has the best teaching quality,and become the best leading teaching mode that meets the needs of high-quality devel-opment of higher education;(3)students'process-based learning and autonomous learning have the greatest impact on the teaching quality of online teaching,and online and offline mixed teaching is tak-ing second place;(4)The influence and significance of regulated participation on the implementation of offline teaching and online and offline mixed teaching are relatively small.Finally,suggestions are put forward to further improve the implementation effect of online and offline mixed teaching from the three levels of schools,students,and teachers.关键词
