Research on Combat Capability and Operation Application of The U.S.Navy Ocean Surveillance Ships

Abstract
Ocean surveillance ship is mainly used to detect and collect underwater target data,which is an important oceanic maneuvering reconnaissance node in anti-submarine warfare system.As the first country in the world to build specific ocean surveil-lance ship,the U.S.has carried out intensive reconnaissance operations in the surrounding sea area in recent years,which has threatened the regional security environment.Based on the development status of the U.S.Navy ocean surveillance ships,six aspects can be analyzed to introduce their combat capability,including the capabilities of underwater acoustic detection,information inter-action,cooperative engagement,self-defense,continuous operation and anti-damage.And critical parts of the ship are studied.Fi-nally,the rule and the mode of military operation application are summarized.The research results are expected to give reference for domestic military equipment construction and usage.关键词
