A Review and Outlook on the 10th Anniversary of the Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region
摘要
Abstract
The coordinated development strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been implemented for ten years.In this process,a new development pattern of"one core and two wings"has been formed to solve the problem of Beijing's non-capital func-tions.Breakthroughs have been achieved in the three major areas of transportation,ecological environmental protection,and industry.Notable achievements have been made in the equalization of public services such as education,healthcare,and elderly care,and solid steps have been taken in the reform and innovation of institutional mechanisms.In the new stage of high-quality development,the new goal of coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is to strive to become a pioneer and demonstration area for Chi-nese-style modernization construction.Therefore,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region still needs to overcome many shortcomings and disadvantages.We will take innovative development as the driving force to accelerate the formation of"new forms of productivity"and take the lead in the country.We will take coordinated development as the main line to play a leading role in building a world-class ur-ban cluster.We will take green development as the guidance to achieve breakthroughs in building ecological restoration and environ-mental improvement demonstration areas.We will take open development as the help to play a pioneering role in building the leading area of reform and opening up.And we will take shared development as the goal to create a national model in promoting common pros-perity at the regional level.关键词
