摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Supplemented Astragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five Substances Decoction com-bined with warming needle moxibustion on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(T2DPN).Methods:A total of 100 patients with T2DPN who were treated in the Department of Endocrinology of Luoyang Hospital of TCM from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Lipoic Acid Tablets,while the observation group was added with Supplemented Astragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five Substances Decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The changes of Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)score,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),sensory-nerve conduction velocity(SCV),motor-nerve conduction velocity(MCV)before and after treatment and clinical ef-ficacy of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the TCSS score,FPG and 2 hPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);the SCV and MCV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);the effective rate of the observation group was 86.00％,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00％),with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion:Supplemented Astragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five Substances Decoction combined with warming needle moxibustionin the treat-ment of T2DPN can improve the clinical symptoms of peripheral neuropathy,increase nerve conduction velocity and improve blood glu-cose level.关键词
