Abstract
The reasons for skin irritation caused by medicinal-interposed umbilical cord moxibustion include three aspects:individual differences,drug factors,and umbilical cord moxibustion operation.The practitioner should clarify the points for attention to the patient before treatment:Defecate before treatment.Do not move the limbs at will during treatment.Inform the operator in time if there is dis-comfort.During treatment,adjust the lighting distance in time according to the patient's feelings.The practitioner should check the pa-tient's abdominal skin status at any time,and it is advisable to appear even peach red erythema.Ask the patient's feelings in time,and keep the temperature comfortable.After treatment,the practitioner should tell the patient:The optimal retention time for medication is 24 hours.After 24 hours,the patch should be removed slowly,the powder in the umbilical cord should be removed,and then the abdominal skin should be washed clean with warm water.If there is itching,tingling or any other discomfort during the medication,the medication should be stopped in time.On the day of treatment and 3 days before and after treatment,attention should be paid to diet and relaxation,in order to ensure the efficacy and avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions.The treatment of skin irritation caused by medicinal-inter-posed umbilical cord moxibustion should be treated according to the type and severity of the reaction.When using the medicinal-inter-posed umbilical cord moxibustion method to prevent and treat diseases,it may lead to blisters and allergic reactions in patients,so the practitioner should be familiar with its performance,preventive measures and treatment methods.In order to make the medicinal-inter-posed umbilical cord moxibustion method better serve the clinical practice,the practitioner should know the following three points:There are individual differences in skin irritation reaction,so it is necessary to understand the characteristics of the susceptible population of medicinal-interposed umbilical cord moxibustion method,and provide directed protection for them.Drug use should be based on syn-drome differentiation,reasonable compatibility,the bias of the drug should be corrected to regulate the bias of the human body under the premise of safety,the use of irritating drugs should be adopted correctly,and the dosage of drugs should be grasped properly.In the process of treatment,every operation step should be taken with caution.关键词
