基于"少阳为枢"理论论治骨质疏松症
Discussion About Treating Osteoporosis Based on the Theory of"Lesser Yang as the Pivot"

Abstract
Osteoporosis is the syndrome of deficient root cause and excessive manifestation.The deficient root cause is due to the dys-function of zangfu organs,and disharmony of qi and blood,yin and yang.Excessive manifestation refers to stagnated phlegm and stasis.Lesser yang regulates the ministerial fire's transportation and distribution,warms zang-fu organs,makes the liver-kidney function normal-ly,transforms and generates essence and blood,nourishes and strengthens bones.If the function of"lesser yang as the pivot"is abnor-mal,the function of the liver,gallbladder,kidney and the triple energizer is dysfunctional,leading to the imbalance of zang-fu organs-me-ridians-bones,then osteoporosis will occur.For reconciling the zangfu organs by harmonizing lesser yang,Modified Bupleurum and Cin-namon Twig Decoction can be used.For regulating qi and blood,tonifying the liver and kidney,Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata),Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae),Gusuibu(Rhizoma Drynariae),Yinyanghuo(Herba Epimedii),etc.can be used;in addition,lesser yang meridian-inducing drugs can be adopted to disperse the liver,gallbladder,dredge the qi movement of the whole body.Qi-tonifying drugs,such as Huangqi(Radix Scutellariae),Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis),etc.can be added to transform and generate qi and blood,tonify gallbladder qi.Qi-regulating drugs,such as Chuanlianzi(Fructus Toosendan),Yanhusuo(Rhizoma Corydalis),etc.can be added to dredge qi of the triple energizer,and smooth the metabolism of fluids throughout the body.By reconciling lesser yang,dredging lesser yang meridians,driving pathogenic qi out,the function of"lesser yang as the pivot"is normal,and it finally plays a role in the treatment of osteoporosis.关键词
