摘要

Abstract

Human liver is an important metabolic organ,which has important functions such as digestion,absorption,and detoxification.At present,the gross anatomy of the liver has been studied thoroughly,but the study of microanatomy of the liver and the hepatic functional unit are still insufficient and controversial.This article provides a comprehensive review of the research progress on liver microanatomy and its functions,combining advancements in microanatomical techniques,liver microanatomical morphology,as well as the application of 3D printing and virtual simulation in the field.
