新安医家汪机《石山医案》辨治泄泻特色探析
An Analysis of Characteristics of Differentiation and Treatment for Diarrhea in Shi-shan's Case Records by Xin'an Physician Wang Ji

Abstract
Through the collation of Shi-shan's Case Records,it has been found that Wang Ji treated diarrhea according to the methods of Li Dongyuan and Zhu Danxi,attached importance to the use of sweet and warm medicinals,and developed the idea of"adjusting and tonifying the spleen and stomach,banking up the original qi and consolidating the foundation".For those whose stomach qi is damaged by drug misuse leading to diarrhea,the method should be to supplement the spleen and stomach qi with Renshen(Radix Ginseng)and Huangqi(Radix Scutellariae).For those whose symptoms and pulse condition are opposite,the method should be to use the comprehen-sive analysis of the four examinations,seek cause from the inspected symptoms.For those who are injured repeatedly by improper diets,the method should be to restore the stomach qi by dieting and meditation rather than sticking to drug treatment.Wang Ji paid great at-tention to the shape and facial complexion of the patients and the season of onset,but was not limited by the time,and put forward the i-dea of"giving up time and following symptoms"to treat the disease.At the same time,Wang Ji also emphasized the selection of prepa-ration forms,and the selection of formulas and drugs was rigorous.In terms of diarrhea,he often used sweet and warm medicinals,such as Renshen(Radix Ginseng),Huangqi(Radix Scutellariae),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),etc.,supplemented slight-ly with the products which can help move qi.In this way,tonifying combined with moving can obtain good effects without stagnation.关键词
