Influences System Study of Meteorological and Marine Environment on Convoy Fleets
摘要
Abstract
In order to further explore the auxiliary role of meteorological and marine support capacity.The operational effec-tiveness of convoy formation is enhanced.The article summarizes and analyzes the convoy actions,builds the influence,quantita-tive analysis and comprehensive index judgment system.Preliminary develop the evaluation framework of the influeces of meteorlogi-cal and marine environment on convoy actions.The effectiveness and feasibility of evaluation publicity is verified via the case analy-sis.Some preliminary practice is made to improve the operational capability of convey through meteorological marine supportability.关键词
