驻马店烟区植烟土壤特性与烟叶品质的关系分析
Relationship between Soil Characteristics and Tobacco Quality in Zhumadian Tobacco-growing Area

Abstract
In order to improve soil characteristics of tobacco in Zhumadian tobacco-growing area and the quality of tobacco leaves,representative soil samples from Zhumadian tobacco-growing area and C3F grade tobacco leaf samples after roasting were selected as materials,and the physicochemical indexes of tobacco-planting soil in Zhumadian tobacco-growing area and their relationship with the conventional chemical composition of tobacco leaves were statistically analyzed and modeled.The results showed that:(1)The soil of tobacco planting in Zhumadian tobacco area was acidified,the organic matter content was slightly lower but still within the appropriate range,the content of alkaline hydrolyzable nitrogen and available potassium was abundant,and the available phosphorus content was slightly higher.(2)The total sugar and reducing sugar content in tobacco leaves in Zhumadian tobacco area were slightly high,the total plant alkaloid and total nitrogen content were moderate,the potassium content was low,and the chlorine content was high and fluctuating.(3)The molybdenum content in tobacco soil was significantly positively correlated with the chlorine content of tobacco leaves,negatively correlated with potassium-chlorine ratio,and positively correlated with total nitrogen in tobacco leaves.The content of soil organic matter was negatively correlated with the potassium content of tobacco leaves,and positively correlated with the content of chlorine.The soil available potassium content was positively correlated with the total plant alkaloid of tobacco leaves.Soil total phosphorus was positively correlated with tobacco potassium content.Soil total sulfur was negatively correlated with tobacco potassium content.In general,the physical and chemical indexes of organic matter,alkaline hydrolyzable nitrogen,available potassium,total phosphorus,molybdenum and total sulfur in the soil had a certain degree of influence on the chemical components of reducing sugar,total nitrogen,chloride ion and total plant alkaloids in tobacco leaves.By controlling soil nitrogen content and improving the utilization rate of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer,the potassium ion content in tobacco leaves can be effectively increased,and the status quo of low potassium and high chlorine in tobacco leaves in tobacco areas can be changed,so as to continuously improve the quality of tobacco leaves in the area.关键词
