A System Calibration Method of Industrial Camera Based on Least Square Method
摘要
Abstract
To solve the problem of high precision and high performance of machine vision imaging in the field of precision la-ser processing,a calibration method of industrial camera system based on the least square method is proposed.First of all,based on the imaging principle of industrial cameras,four coordinate systems of industrial cameras and their conversion relationships are ana-lyzed.Secondly,a system calibration model of the quadratic polynomial least square method is established,combined with millime-ter-level application scenarios and the parameter specifications of a certain industrial camera.Then,a set of industrial camera visu-al motion processing platform is built,a nine-hole calibration board is produced,and calibration data calculation software is devel-oped based on the Visual Studio 2010 platform and MFC framework.The experimental results show that the coordinate error of the system calibration model is 0.001mm level,which provides a guarantee for the accuracy of the follow-up system motion control.关键词
