摘要

Abstract

The medium to late maturing peach'Abe hakuto'was used as the material,and the effect of spraying four new liquid biofilms(BF1~BF4)on the fruit quality of Bagging-free peach was studied.The results showed that compared with bagging treatment,spraying liquid biofilm could improve the texture and taste of peach fruit.BF2 treatment significantly decreased the hardness of fruit,BF2 treatment significantly increased the soluble solid content of fruit,and BF3 and BF4 treatment significantly decreased the titrable acid content of fruit.BF3 and BF4 treatments significantly increased POD activity,BF4 treatment significantly increased CAT activity,and BF3 treatment significantly increased SOD activity.The effect of four kinds of liquid film treatment on the comprehensive quality of peach fruit was better than that of bagging treatment,and the order was BF3>BF4>BF2>BF1.Therefore,BF3(BVOA)is recommended as the preferred liquid film for bagging-free cultivation of peach trees.
