Design and Verification of Space Station Module Flat Transfer Scheme

根据我国空间站实验舱在转位前后对天/地指向不变的任务需求,提出舱段平转式转位方案,设计基于转位机构的舱段转位实现方案.转位期间,空间站组合体采用重力梯度被动稳定姿态飞行,解决姿态主动停控时空间站稳定指向的难题.通过设计选取合适的转位任务窗口,确保转位全程测控链路畅通、光照充足,以提高任务安全性和可靠性.地面试验和在轨实验舱转位任务实施,全面验证了空间站舱段平转式转位方案的正确性.

According to the mission requirement that the direction of China Space Station labora-tory module to the sky or the earth should remain unchanged before and after transfer,a flat transfer scheme is proposed in this paper,and a module transfer implementation scheme based on flat transfer mechanism is designed.During the module transfer,a passive gravity gradient stable attitude is taken by space station for flight,which enables the space station to stabilize its own di-rection when it stops active attitude control.By designing and selecting appropriate transfer mis-sion window,it can ensure unblocked track telemetry control link and sufficient sunlight during the whole transfer process,improving the mission security and reliability.Through ground tests and orbital laboratory module transfer missions implementation,the space station module flat transfer scheme has been comprehensively verified.
