安吉白茶干旱气象指数保险的实践与思考
Practice and Thinking of Anji White Tea Drought Weather Index Insurance:Taking Extreme High Temperature Drought in 2022 as An Example

Abstract
The high temperature and drought in summer and autumn of 2022 were taken as an example,and the daily meteorological data of Anji National Meteorological Observation Station,49 encrypted automatic stations and the meteorological index insurance data of Anji white tea were used to analyze the meteorological characteristics of the drought process in Anji County and the practical application of Anji white tea meteorological index insurance.The results show that from the end of June to the end of November 2022,the maximum temperature in most areas of Anji County exceeds 40℃and the number of high temperature days exceeds 45 days.The rainfall is 30%～70%less than the usual,and the number of days above moderate drought is 85 days.The affected area is 817.3 hm2,the insured area is 734.46 hm2,and the total compensation is 4.4068 million yuan.Since the operation of Anji white tea drought meteorological index insurance,the accumulated compensation amount has reached 5.4381 million yuan,and the simple loss rate is as high as 166.19%,which greatly improves the risk protection of the white tea industry against natural disasters.关键词
