Salt Management Issues in Shandong Counter-Japanese Base Areas
摘要
Abstract
After the outbreak of the"July 7 Incident",the Japanese plundered the salt industry of Shandong in order to achieve the goal of"war with war".Shandong counter-Japanese base area in the struggle with the enemy and the forces of the false and the stubborn established a relatively complete mechanism of salt production,transportation,sales and management.And the salt man-agement achieved remarkable results.These achievements strongly helped the base to firmly grasp the sovereignty of the salt indus-try,enhanced the people's confidence in the victory of the war,increased the financial tax revenue of Shandong counter-Japanese base area,laid a solid economic foundation for the victory of the war,raised the enthusiasm of the salt producers'production,and improved the people's living standard.The exploration of salt management during the period of comprehensive war of resistance ac-cumulated valuable experience for the management of salt industry in Shandong after the liberation war and the founding of new China.关键词
