基于SEEA体系下江西省绿色GDP核算研究
Research on Green GDP Accounting of Jiangxi Province under SEEA System
摘要
Abstract
Based on the relevant data of Jiangxi Province from 2012 to 2021,a green GDP accounting index system such as resource depletion value,environmental governance input and ecological protection benefit was established by SEEA accounting system,and the relevant factors affecting green GDP changes were deeply analyzed.The results showed that:(1)The absolute value of green GDP in Jiangxi Province from 2012 to 2021 increased from 1161.988 billion yuan in 2012 to 2816.744 billion yuan in 2021,with an increase of 142.41%.(2)The resource depletion value of Jiangxi Province showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,among which mineral resource depletion had the greatest impact on green GDP accounting.(3)The investment in environmental governance in Jiangxi Province showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,among which the economic loss caused by natural disasters had a significant inhibitory effect on green GDP.In view of this,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward including planning mine environmental protection,vigorously saving mineral resources,improving the system for preventing and controlling natural disasters,promoting the comprehensive utilization of bulk solid waste,and continuously stabilizing forestry input,in order to promote the sustainable development of circular green economy in Jiangxi Province.关键词
