社会信任对稻农生产服务外包行为的影响研究
Influence of Social Trust on Rice Farmers'Production Service Outsourcing Behavior

Abstract
Outsourcing of agricultural production services is an important embodiment of the evolution of division of labor and an important guarantee for promoting large-scale operation of farmland to achieve modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Based on a sample of 623 rice farmers'survey data in three northeastern provinces,the study empirically examined the impact of social trust on rice farmers'outsourcing behavior and decision-making deepening.The results show that social trust has a significant impact on the outsourcing behavior of rice farmers'production services and the deepening of their decision-making,and the degree of organization is an important mechanism of social trust on the outsourcing behavior of rice farmers'production services and the deepening of their decision-making.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the social trust of rice farmers with a high degree of specialization has a stronger effect on the decision deepening of outsourcing of rice farmers'production services,as well as a more pronounced effect on large-scale farmers.In view of this,countermeasures were put forward such as improving the platformization of village and township organizations,enhancing the level of social trust of rice farmers,building a production service outsourcing system,promoting the specialized division of labor in agriculture,strengthening the leadership of grass-roots village organizations,and enhancing the scientific awareness of village cadres.关键词
