Abstract

The steel-concrete composite girder bridge will also have fatigue damage while satisfying its performance.In the design and use stage of the bridge,the bridge should be ensured to have no fatigue damages.In order to study the influence of different factors to the fatigue damage of the bridge,a double I steel-concrete composite continuous girder bridge is selected.The fatigue damage of the main girder corresponding to different vehicle speed,vehicle weight,road roughness,bridge deck thickness and web height of main girder is analyzed by vehicle-bridge coupling analysis program.Firstly,the dynamic stresses of the bridge corresponding to different influencing factors are calculated,and the variation of the stress amplitude and number of equivalent stress amplitude is analyzed.Then the variation of impact coefficient of stress amplitude with various influencing factors is analyzed.Finally,the fatigue damage of the detail position of main beam corresponding to different influencing factors is analyzed.The results show that the vehicle weight,road roughness and web height of main girder have a great influence to the stress level.Road roughness has a great influence to the number of equivalent stress amplitude and impact coefficient of stress amplitude.Road roughness affects stress amplitude by changing the impact coefficient of stress amplitude.When the road roughness is C and below,the impact coefficient of stress amplitude deviates from the standard value.The vehicle weight,road roughness and the web height of main girder have a great influence to the fatigue damage of the main girder.The main beam will have fatigue damages under overload and insufficient stiffness reserve.The fatigue damage of the main girder can be reduced by limiting load,repairing bridge deck in time and improving the stiffness of the main girder.
