改进SSD的触摸屏银浆线路缺陷检测研究
Research on Defect Detection of Silver Paste Circuit of Touch Screen Based on Improved SSD
摘要
Abstract
In order to strengthen the quality control of touch panel,improve the manufacturing process of touch panel and pro-mote the automatic production process,a defect detection method of touch screen silver paste circuit based on improved SSD is pro-posed,which extracts image features at different scales by multiple convolution and down sampling.Feature fusion is carried out by using image features at different scales to achieve feature superposition effect.The fused features enhance the semantic information of different dimensions through channel attention mechanism.The improved feature is used for regression to realize touch screen sil-ver paste line detection.The experimental results show that the proposed method has a good effect of fast detection speed and high accuracy for small defects of touch screen silver paste circuit,which can meet the industrial demand.关键词
