放血疗法联合神经阻滞及臭氧注射治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的临床观察
Clinical observation of bloodletting therapy combined with nerve block and ozone injection in the treatment of elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of bloodletting therapy combined with nerve block and ozone injection on pain symptoms and sleep quality in elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia,and analyze its safety.Methods Eighty elder-ly patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to Department of Pain,People's Hospital of Pudong New District from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method:observation group(n =40)and control group(n =40).The control group was treated with nerve block combined with ozone injection,and the observation group was treated with bloodletting therapy on the basis of the same treatment as the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The scores of pain VAS and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were performed on patients before and 4 weeks after treatment,respectively.The clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions were ob-served in the two groups.The above evaluation values of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After treat-ment,the scores of VAS and PSQI of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before treatment(P＜0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of bloodletting therapy,nerve block and ozone injection may significantly improve the pain symptoms,sleep quality,and clinical efficacy of elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia.关键词
