Abstract
In order to solve the complex site operation procedure caused by the segmented ANFO charge structure in traditional throw blasting,the problems such as low construction efficiency,easy sinking of spacer and high cost of throw blasting in the middle ditch position,the article presents optimizing throw blasting design scheme,studies the advantages and disadvantages of various charge structures in actual production,adopts the continuous charge structure of low density ANFO instead of the sectional charge structure,adjusts the blasting structure and position in the incision area,which meets the actual production conditions on site.The results show that through the optimization throw blasting scheme,the site construction is simple,the charging efficiency is greatly improved,and the annual production cost can be saved millions.关键词
