Abstract
In order to solve the contradiction between work and study,to reduce the waste of human and material resources caused by traditional safety training,to further improve the organization efficiency of safety training and enhance the effect of safety training,this article analyzes the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations of our country on the safety training of open-pit coal mine,and constructs the safety training management platform based on the mode of interconnection and safety training.The safety training management platform realizes the whole process management of training plan,project development and archives management,improves the quality of education and training and personnel evaluation,which better serves the construction of high-quality professional personnel.关键词
