考虑作战行动的单兵系统体系贡献率评估OA北大核心CSTPCD
Evaluation of contribution to system warfighting of soldier system considering combat operations
针对单兵系统体系贡献率评估过程中存在的未考虑作战任务及评估信息不确定性等问题,提出了基于作战行动的两级证据推理评估方法,从基于能力需求的视角进行作战任务分解和能力分析,建立了作战能力需求指标体系;建立两级置信规则库,构建作战活动与能力需求的映射矩阵,采用证据推理进行能力满足度、作战任务完成率的计算,获得了单兵系统的体系贡献率,最后基于城市作战战场想定,给出了分析实例.基于作战行动的两级证据推理评估方法,对于单兵系统体系贡献率评估具有针对性和有效性,也为装备体系贡献率评估提供了一种新思路.
Aiming at the existing problems that the specific combat tasks and the uncertainty of evaluation information were ignored during the evaluation process of the soldier system contribution to system warfighting,a two-level evidence reasoning evaluation method based on combat operations was proposed.The operational mission decomposition and capability analysis were carried out from the perspective of capability requirement.The combat capability requirement index system was constructed.The two-level confidence rule library was constructed,and the mapping matrix between basic combat tasks and capability requirements was built.The capability satisfaction and combat task completion rate were calculated by evidential reasoning.The evaluation model to calculate the contribution to system warfighting of soldier system was established.According to the battlefield scenario of urban offensive operations,an analysis example was given.The results show that the two-level evidence reasoning evaluation method based on combat operations is targeted and effective for the contribution to system warfighting of soldier system.It also provides a new idea for the evaluation of equipment's contribution to system warfighting.
