重大传染病突发事件中护士伦理困境量表的研制及信效度检验OACSTPCD
Development of Ethical Dilemma Scale for Nurses in major infectious disease emergencies and its reliability and validity
目的 编制重大传染病突发事件中护士伦理困境量表,并检验其信度效度.方法 基于护理伦理原则,通过文献研究法、访谈法、专家咨询法形成初版量表.对全国 6个省市大型三级综合医院 842名参与重大传染病突发事件的一线护士进行调查,检验其信效度.结果 重大传染病突发事件中护士伦理困境量表共包括 4个维度 27个条目.量表总体的内容效度为 0.914,各条目的内容效度为 0.833～1.000;探索性因子分析共提取 4个公因子,累积方差贡献率 69.636%…查看全部>>
