微束放疗的进展与挑战OACSTPCD
Advances and Challenges in Microbeam Radiotherapy
微束照射是以空间间隔的方式给予微米级别窄幅射束的照射技术,具有治疗目的的微束照射被称为微束放射治疗,极高的X射线剂量在非常狭窄的时间窗内以非常高的剂量率释放.目前有大量的临床前研究表明微束治疗具有显著的治疗潜力和正常组织保护效果,尤其在脑瘤的临床前研究中显示了超乎寻常的正常脑组织保护作用.此外,在概念上类似于微束治疗的大网格式空间分割放射治疗已经在临床实践中取得了一定效果.本文将探讨微束放疗目前从基础到临床的发展过程,以及该领域的研究进展与挑战.
Microbeam irradiation is an irradiation technology that gives a narrow micron beam in a spatially spaced way.Mi-crobeam irradiation with therapeutic purpose is called microbeam radiotherapy(MRT).Extremely high X-ray dose is released at a very high dose rate within a very narrow time window.At present,a large number of preclinical studies have reported that it has sig-nificant therapeutic potential and normal tissue protection effect.In particular,preclinical studies of brain tumors have shown ex-traordinary protection effects of normal brain tissue.In addition,Spatially fractionated radiation therapy,which is conceptually similar to MRT,has achieved some results in clinical practice.This study reviews the current development of MRT from basic to clinical and elaborates the advances and challengas in research on this field.
