摘要

Abstract

Belt conveyor is a complex technical system composed of several subsystems,and the idler is a wearing part that carries the conveyor belt and materials,so its life analysis is particularly important.In this paper,the fatigue life of normally supported idler set and forward-leaning idler set was analyzed and studied.According to the virtual prototype models of the normally supported idler set and the forward-leaning idler set provided by a coking plant,the static simulation analysis of these two idler sets was carried out based on Workbench,and the equivalent stress and strain nephograms were obtained.Stress fatigue analysis was carried out by using fatigue analysis software nCode DesignLife,and the analysis results show that the minimum life of both are at the bearing.
