Abstract
In order to mitigate the influence of driver's operation and environmental factors such as tide and strong wind on the safety of operation when the quayside container crane is operating above the ship,in this paper,a ship scanning and spreader anti-collision system and method based on laser and visual fusion are proposed.Through laser scanning and visual acquisition,the ship profile under the quayside container crane is completely scanned and recognized,and the longitudinal displacement of the ship,the accurate positioning of the ship's boarding slot and container lock hole are realized.Accurate measurement of the height of the spreader and the position of the trolley of the quayside container crane and realization of the soft landing of the container on the sea and land sides are helpful to improve the automation efficiency of the quayside container crane.关键词
