Abstract
In the automatic three-dimensional warehouse transportation system,the chain conveyors passing through the fire shutter door area can be divided into two types.By analyzing the characteristics and shortcomings of these two kinds of chain conveyors,a new design of telescopic chain conveyor is put forward.The composition,working principle and structure of telescopic chain conveyor are introduced.According to the operation of telescopic mechanism,the force analysis of guide rail slider and the power and torque calculation of rack and pinion were carried out.With the characteristics of stable and reliable operation,long telescopic distance and standardized design,the telescopic chain conveyor is suitable for fire shutter doors with different specifications.关键词
