Application of Mendelian Randomization in Analyzing the Etiology of Colorectal Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Colorectal cancer is a clinically common malignant tumor.It is of great significance to carry out early diagnosis,early treatment and screening of colorectal cancer.Identifying controllable pathogenic factors is necessary for the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.Mendelian randomization analysis uses individual genetic information to infer the causal relationship between exposure and disease,thereby reflecting the true connection between the two.This method can effectively control potential confounding factors and is widely applied in various fields of medical research.This article will systematically summarize the re-search progress of Mendelian randomization analysis in colorectal cancer,providing scientific basis for the study of the etiology and mechanism of this disease.关键词
