Research Progress of Targeted Therapy and Immunotherapy for Adult Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis
摘要
Abstract
Langerhans cell histiocytosis(LCH)is a rare disease characterized by proliferation and infiltration of dendritic cells,which can affect various systems throughout the body.The clinical manifestations of adult LCH differ from those in children,thus personalized treatment strategies are required for adult patients.In addition to surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,targeted therapy and immunotherapy have emerged as potential treatment options in recent years.This article provides a brief review of the latest developments in targeted therapy and immunotherapy for LCH.关键词
