摘要
Abstract
Gynecologic brachytherapy is a radical radiotherapy near the tumor and target tissue by using the body's natural cav-ities.Prolonged immobilization is required when placing the applicator,and discomfort such as intolerance,pain,nervousness,fear,etc usually occur.Anesthesia and analgesia are pivotal for comfort in brachytherapy.At present,there is no widely recognized consensus over anesthesia and analgesia for gynecologic brachytherapy.The objective of this review is to introduce the application and research progress of sedation/analgesia techniques in gynecologic brachytherapy for clinical practice,and prospect its future de-velopment.关键词
