Treatment of Prehypertension Based on"Deficiency"and"Stagnation"
摘要
Abstract
Prehypertension is the latent phase of hypertension,and there are metabolic abnormalities,hemody-namic changes,and other suboptimal health statuses.The etiology and pathogenesis of prehypertension are closely related to"deficiency"and"stagnation".Spleen deficiency is the basis of the pathogenesis of prehyper-tension,qi stagnation is the intermediate link of pathogenesis development,and the pathological products of phlegm,stasis and fire are the key factors of pathogenesis.The treatment is based on the principle of promoting spleen and stomach,regulating qi and dispersing stagnation,combined with multiple methods of eliminating phlegm,promoting blood circulation and clearing heat,while focusing on daily care and combining prevention and treatment.关键词
