红萸饮治疗放射性肠炎临床研究
Clinical Study on Hongyu Decoction(红萸饮)in Treatment of Radiation Enteritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Hongyu Decoction(红萸饮)on clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with radiation enteritis.Methods:Total 68 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group,2 cases dropped out in each group,with 32 cases in each group.The observation group was given oral administration of Hongyu Decoction for 30 days and the control group was given sulfasalazine(S ASP)combined with norfloxacin(NOR)orally,S ASP was for 30 days and NOR was for 7 days.The symptom score,frequency of bowel sound,rectal mucosa score,quality of life score,adverse symptoms and total effective rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:During the treatment,no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.After treatment,the above observation indexes in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and except for abdominal pain scores,the scores of other symptoms,the number of intestinal sounds and rectal mucosa score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 87.5％in the observation group and 68.8％in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of Hongyu Decoction can alleviate the symptoms of hematostoecium,posterior tenor and increased frequency of stool in patients with radiation enteritis,and improve the quality of life.关键词
